At a signing ceremony on Tuesday in Paris, VOV President Nguyen The Ky briefed the guests on the 71-year history of VOV and a strategy to develop the Voice of Vietnam as a modern, multi-media agency. Mr. Ky said: “The Voice of Vietnam and Radio France have maintained relations for years. This relationship should be elevated to match the new development period. At present, the Voice of Vietnam is running four media forms: radio, TV, print and an online newspaper. VOV programs are now available on tablets, smart phones, public means of transportation and personal devices”.

Radio France President Mathieu Gallet pledged cooperation and experience sharing with VOV.

Under the new cooperative agreement, the two sides will exchange radio, and music programs, as well as news and photos. They agreed on the exchange of reporters for producing radio programs about culture, land and people of both two countries.
