VOV, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee sign communications cooperation
(VOVworld) – Ho Chi Minh City’s People’s Committee and VOV on Thursday signed an agreement on communications cooperation. VOV will effectively publicize Ho Chi Minh City’s socio-economic achievements and policies on its channels inside and outside Vietnam.
