(VOVworld) - Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) and the Thailand Government Public Relations Department (PRD) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on information and broadcasting cooperation. VOV Deputy Director General Vu Hai and PRD Director General Teerapong Sodasri signed on Monday in Bangkok the MoU, which will replace the one signed in 1999 to meet the demands for expansion of both agencies.  Both sides will exchange radio and TV programs and personnel to learn form each other’s experiences. Mr. Vu Hai said: “I hope that officials from both sides will work more proactively and efficiently to implement the signed agreements. So I believe that such commitment not only helps promote the images of Radio the Voice of Vietnam and the Thailand Government Public Relations Department, but also keeps the public informed of our tireless efforts for prosperity of each nation and the whole ASEAN”.
