VOV receives elite veterans from across the country

(VOVworld) - VOV’s leaders have praised the revolutionary spirit and contributions made by elite veterans from the country’s three regions in the national struggle for independence. Deputy Director General Vu Hai stated this at a reception in Hanoi on July 11^th, for a delegation of elite veteran soldiers from the Capital Regiment, the Quang Nam – Da Nang Special Task Force, and the Sai Gon – Gia Dinh Special Task Force, as part of the activities to mark the 65^th anniversary of Martyrs and War Invalids Day on July 27^th. Mr. Hai said that the veterans’ revolutionary spirit and shining example have reminded and encouraged younger generations to live, fight, work, and study to match the sacrifice made by their elders.
