The Saigon Giai phong (Liberated Saigon) newspaper won the first prize with a series of stories about chip technology development in Ho Chi Minh city. Radio Voice of Vietnam won the first prize with stories about the contributions of Vietnamese intellectuals to Vietnam’s development.
