(VOVworld) – About 7.5 million people have contributed opinions to the draft revision of the 2005 Civil Code.

Opinion contributors were those from government and provincial agencies, social and professional organizations, and a range of experts.

On Thursday, the National Assembly’s Law Committee convened a plenary session in Da Nang to verify the amendment to the Civil Code and government projects regarding the adjustment in the administrative boundaries of 6 district-level administrative units.

Phan Trung Ly, the Committee’s Chairman, said the revised Civil Code, a particularly important law that can affect every aspect of society, will be adjusted for submission to the National Assembly.
