(VOVworld) – A delegation of the Party Central Committee’s Organization Board, led by its Head, Pham Minh Chinh, who is a member of the Politburo and Secretary of the Party Central Committee, is on a working visit to Laos from August 28 to September 1.

A high-ranking Party delegation visits Laos

At a meeting with the delegation on Monday, Lao Party General Secretary and President, Bounnhang Vorachith, praised the cooperative results between the Organization Boards of both Parties.

The same day, Lao Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith received the Vietnamese delegation and appreciated the importance of the visit in deepening Vietnam and Lao’s traditional friendship and unity.
The Organization Boards of both Parties signed a cooperative agreement to enhance their relations for the 2016-2020 period.
