The announcement came after Brazil arrested 10 people suspected of links to a local terrorist network. Brazilian Justice Minister Alexandre de Moraes said the suspects had exchanged messages about the Islamic State and cheered recent attacks in France and Orlando. They expressed their support for IS and posed a threat of carrying out an attack on the 2016 Olympics.
