Chak Au, a member of Richmond City’s Council, said HCMC is a dynamic place with favorable investment conditions and Richmond businesses want to seek partners in trade, high-tech agriculture, and education in HCMC.
Mr. Tuyen said HCMC will provide the best possible conditions to foreign investors and support them to sign cooperative deal in the near future. He said HCMC has demand for services provided by Richmond businesses as the city is developing towards to a green, modern city.
