(VOVworld) - A three-day ceasefire was reached between forces loyal to Libya's UN-backed government and military commander Khalifa Haftar in the south of Libya. Hisham Abushkiwat, a member of the Amazigh delegation said Sunday that the ceasefire was the result of meetings. Violence escalated in southern Libya in recent days after forces loyal to Haftar captured the Timnahent airbase, 600 km south of Tripoli.
