(VOVworld)-The National Assembly Committee for External Affairs said on Wednesday that a high-ranking delegation of the Federation Council of Russia led by Chairwoman Valentina Ivanovna Matviyenko will pay a three-day official visit to Vietnam.

The visit which will begin next Monday is at the invitation of Chairwoman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
