(VOVworld) - A delegation of the Supreme People’s Court led by Chief Judge Truong Hoa Binh attended the eighth Asia-Pacific Judicial Reform Forum in Vladivostok city, Russia, on October 2. In his speech, Binh emphasized the significance of the forum to economies in the Asia-Pacific region. The forum brought together leading judicial officials from regional countries and representatives from relevant ministries and agencies, and businesses to exchange experience so as to promote justice, protect citizens’ rights and ensure economic security, he said. Themed “national and international regulations on customs relations,” the forum focused on national economic integration and customs law, and coordination between countries in settling customs-related disputes.
 

This year’s event attracted representatives from Vietnam, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, China, Kazakhstan, the Philippines, and the host country.
