(VOVworld) - Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay a 5-day visit to Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Iran beginning next Tuesday, China’s Foreign Ministry said on Friday. The trip will be Xi's first to the Middle East as president.

Ahead of the visit, the Chinese government issued a policy paper which reviews and summarizes the development of China-Arab relations.
