The event drew the participation of diplomats from foreign embassies and representatives of friendship organizations in Vietnam. Venezuelan Ambassador Jorge Rondon Uzcategui said Commander Hugo Chavez realized the dreams of the meritorious liberator, Simons Bolivar, and opened a new path to a world of equality, unity, and civilization.
Apart from his dedication to politics, Chavez contributed greatly to helping the children, the old, sick, and poor people. President of the Vietnam-Venezuela Friendship Association Nguyen Viet Thao appreciated the Venezuelan leadership for upholding and promoting the career of late President Hugo Chavez to reach its present achievements.
