Deputy PM Pham Binh Minh meets Lao leaders

(VOVworld) - Vietnamese leaders highly appreciate Lao Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith and Vice President Phankham Viphavan for choosing Vietnam for their first trip abroad, which, they said, demonstrate that Laos and the two leaders value the traditional friendship and special solidarity with Vietnam. Vietnam’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh said so when he met the two leaders on Friday in Vientiane, where he is attending the 49th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM 49) and related meetings.
