Opening the new school year at the Academy on Tuesday, Binh said the government ordered ministries, sectors, and localities to build a facilitating administration, which is incorruptible, transparent, responsible, and efficient. He stressed the need for creative, moral, and well-educated staff.

Binh said: “I call on the Academy to frequently review and update its syllabuses and teaching methods to meet the demands of a modern administration, the socialist market economy, and international integration. Education is the prerequisite for forming a contingent of professional public employees.”
