(VOVworld) - President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Durao Barroso will pay an official visit to Vietnam from August 25-26. The visit will be made at the invitation of Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung. During the two-day trip, the EC President will hold talks with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and meet with some other Vietnamese senior leaders to discuss regional and international issues of mutual concern as well as measures to promote bilateral relations, especially in economics and trade.
