(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has asked competent ministries and government agencies to avoid delays in the issuance of legal documents while ensuring these documents’ legitimacy and compliance with the Constitution.
The Prime Minister told a government special session on law building in Hanoi on Thursday that government agencies should collect cabinet members’ comments on draft legal documents.
During Thursday’s meeting, cabinet members heard reports and focused their discussion on the revised Laws on the Organization of the Government and Local Authorities, and the draft Law on Population.
They also debated amendments and supplements to the revised Law on Accounting, and the draft Law on the Issuance of Legal Documents.
