(VOVworld) – President Tran Dai Quang has urged leaders and people of Ha Nam province to promote their creativity and tap local potential for future development.

Addressing a ceremony in Phu Ly city on Sunday to mark 20 years since Ha Nam’s re-establishment, President Quang suggested the province double its efforts to realize the resolutions of the 19^th provincial Party Congress and the 12^th National Party Congress. 
“It is necessary for Ha Nam province to upgrade its infrastructure and improve the operation of industrial zones and complexes. Local leaders should pay due attention to boosting human resources quality and improving the investment climate”, he said.

On this occasion, President Quang presented the Independence Order, first class, to Ha Nam province.
