(VOVworld) - Nam Dinh province has held a ceremony to recognize its Hai Hau district as a new rural area. Speaking in the event on Saturday, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh praised Nam Dinh as the national leading province in the building of new rural area and contributing to national industrialization and modernization: “The local authorities must prioritize resources and fine-tune policies to promote the building of new rural areas. Production and agricultural restructuring must ensure sustainable poverty reduction, application of new technology and product quality improvement.”
