(VOVworld) – A high-ranking military delegation led by General Ngo Xuan Lich, Politburo member and Minister of National Defense, began a four-day official visit to China on Sunday.

This is the first visit to China by General Lich as a Minister of National Defence. The visit aims to continue to implement agreements reached by leaders of the two Parties, States, and armies that include the increase of meetings and boosting of relations in all fields.
As scheduled, Minister Lich will hold talks with his Chinese counterpart Chang Wanquan, make a courtesy visit to the leaders of Chinese Party, State, and the Central Military Commission as well as visit the People's Liberation Army.
