(VOVworld) - Ho Chi Minh City and Belgium’s East Flanders province will cooperate in personnel training and technique transfer under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on agricultural cooperation until 2020.

Their cooperation will focus on creating high-quality crop varieties and post-harvest processing and packaging of farm produce. East Flanders will help Ho Chi Minh City promote Vietnamese agricultural products in EU markets like Belgium.
