(VOVworld) - Iraqi forces fighting to retake the city of Mosul from the Islamic State, are accusing IS fighters of trying to block their advance by using shells filled with toxic chemicals. Iraqi officials gave no details of what kind of chemicals may have been used, and said injuries were minor.
