(VOVworld) – The Ministry of Planning and Investment held a workshop on Wednesday in Hanoi to mobilize resources to support innovative ideas benefiting low income earners.

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam spoke at the workshop.

The forum aims to finance small and medium sized enterprises, universities and individuals who create products or services useful to low income earners. Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said that over the past 20 years Vietnam ranks 2^nd in the world in terms of growth, which mainly benefits poor and low income people. He said renovation should be a significant national task. Mr. Vu Duc Dam: “In the renovation effort, we will encourage enterprises to realize their innovative ideas in real life. This will not only assist the poor but also boost Vietnam’s development and tackle major global challenges”.
