(VOVworld) – The Ministry of Information and Communications opened an international exhibition on telecom products and services and information and communication technology (ICT).

Participants included 150 businesses from Japan, the Republic of Korea, India, Turkey, China, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Germany, Australia, Switzerland, the US and Vietnam. The exhibition is divided into topics such as mobile, internet provision and devices, wireless technology, internet services, broadcasting management services, network infrastructure and electronic services. Phan Tam, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, addressed the opening ceremony: “A large number of Vietnamese companies participating in the exhibition show the encouraging growth of the domestic industry. This will be a useful forum for business people and policy makers, contributing to improving the legal environment and sustainable development of Vietnam’s information and communication sector”.

The exhibition is open at the International Center for Exhibition, at 91 Tran Hung Dao street, Hanoi, from July 20 to 22.
