Iran dismisses Israel’s war threat

Iranian Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi yesterday dismissed Israel’s threat of war, calling it worthless.

Vahidi said Israeli officials are having serious political disagreements among themselves and their recent warmongering statements are just psychological warfare to Iran. He added that Iran is currently at its highest level of military preparedness and will give a crushing response to any aggressor.
The conflict between Israel – the only nuclear weapon owner in the Middle East – and Iran – who has been suspected by the West of developing nuclear weapons – heightened recently, when Israeli media leaked anonymous claims that Israel will likely attack Iran’s nuclear facilities prior to the US presidential election.
