(VOVworld) – The Japanese Foreign Ministry has announced plans to set up human resources training centers in 22 emerging and developing nations next fiscal year to teach Japanese business practices like the kaizen production system. The government said it will support Japanese firms that are planning to start businesses overseas by developing the human resources they need. Japan is expected to launch the training centers in 10 Asian nations, including Vietnam, 10 African nations, and Paraguay and Mexico. Foreign countries are interested in teaching kaizen at technical colleges because they believe it has contributed to Japan’s rapid economic growth.
