(VOVworld)-National Assembly Vice Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan praised the northern province of Lai Chau this week for effectively implementing laws and policies on public investment in agriculture, rural areas and farmers over the past 5 years. During her inspection tour yesterday, she urged the province to work out a specific mechanism based on local conditions to implement these polices more effectively. She called on the province to step up investment in transportation, infrastructure development and poverty reduction.
