(VOVworld) – Significant achievements during Laos’ liberation war and development are attributed to the Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association and Vietnam’s former volunteers and experts, according to General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and President of Laos Bounnhang Volachit. During a meeting on Wednesday, he reiterated the determination of Lao people to boost their traditional friendship and special solidarity with the Vietnamese people.
