Laotian PM praises Hai Phong’s cooperation

(VOVworld) – Laotian Prime Minister Thongsing Thamavong spoke highly of the recent working visit by Hai Phong delegation’s to Vientiane capital and the northern province of Udomsay. At the reception in Vientiane yesterday, PM Thamavong expressed his hope that Hai Phong, an industrial and rapidly developed Vietnam’s city, will assist Laos in intensive human resource training to meet practical needs. He said that the cooperation between Hai Phong and northern Laos’ provinces is an exemplary model for effective and practical  Vietnam-Laos relations in the future.

The same day, the Hai Phong delegation, led by Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of the Party’s Central Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, met with Deputy Prime Minister Somsavat Lengsavad and worked with Vientiane leaders for future cooperation plan.
