(VOVworld) - Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong has asked the Party building and organization sectors to direct the successful organization of congresses at all levels.

This has to be practical, efficient, and democratic in compliance with the Party regulations. He asked for more consultancy on documents reviewing the implementation of Party resolutions, Party building, nomination of leadership candidates to ensure a competent 12th Party Executive Committee. He called for personnel preparation for leaders at People’s Councils, People’s Committees and National Assembly deputy delegation chiefs.
