NA deputies discuss specific regulations on shooting

(VOVworld) – The National Assembly deputies on Monday continued to debate the draft law on managing and using weapons, ordnances, and other devices. They focused their discussion on who should be eligible to carry weapons, support devices, and shooting circumstances.
The deputies said that the draft law closely refers to regulations on emergency and legal self-defense regulations on the Criminal Code.
On Tuesday the National Assembly will focus on financial and mid-term public expense plans and the goals and purposes of capital mobilization and public debt management from 2016 to 2020. The deputies will also discuss budget use in 2016 and state budget allocation in 2017.
