(VOVworld) – National Assembly deputies discussed reports on the draft law on the organization of criminal investigation agencies, the legislative program for next year, and Article 60 of the 2014 Social Insurance Law on Wednesday. They proposed that the legislature issue a resolution allowing laborers after one year off work to choose either to receive a one-time social insurance payment or reserve their insurance payments to enjoy pensions in the future. They suggested the National Assembly improve the quality of a number of draft laws and discuss the draft Law on Demonstrations at its 10th session and approve it at the 11^th session next year. The deputies also debated the revised draft of the Criminal Procedure Code.
