(VOVworld) – A national meeting on Thursday launched the direction of the congresses of Party Committees at all levels in preparation for the 12^th national Party congress next year.

To Huy Rua, Politburo member, Party Central Committee’s Secretary, and Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Organization, said the current situation set out serious tasks for Party building and the coming Party congress.
The success of the local Party congresses will be the basis for the 12^th national Party congress and the Party’s leadership in national construction and defense. The participants analyzed instructions on preparing personnel and the Party’s electoral regulations.
