(VOVworld) – A special task force with a newly installed camera system will help detect violations made by festival goers such as littering in the areas around the Huong Pagoda Festival in Hanoi. This was confirmed by Nguyen Van Hau, Deputy Chairman of My Duc district’s People’s Committee, and head of the Huong Pagoda Festival organizing board. Hau said that shop owners in the festival areas have been requested to keep the environment clean and that it was forbidden to trade flammable items. Traders of wild animals and those listed in the Red Book would also be strictly punished.
