(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has asked Nghe An province to continue modernizing Vinh city and voiced his support for the provincial proposal to turn Kim Lien commune into an exemplary rural area of Vietnam.

The Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue had a working session with Nghe An leaders in Vinh city, on Sunday afternoon. Mr. Phuc said: “The vision until 2025 targets making Nghe An a wealthy province in the north-central region. Nghe An together with Ha Tinh and Thanh Hoa should form an industrial cluster with high growth of Vietnam. It’s important to develop local industry, protect the environment, bring locals’ living standards up to Vietnam’s average level, promote start-ups, and attract talent.”
