(VOVworld)- Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc urged Hoa Lac High Tech Zone and the Ministry of Science and Technology to make initiatives in investment attraction to accelerate its development during his working session on Thursday.

 The high tech zone was established in 1998 with a vision of becoming a smart and bio-urban area. The area is in infrastructure completion stage and has not attracted many investors.
