(VOVworld) - Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong on April 2 met the outgoing Chinese Ambassador Kong Xuanyou. The Party General Secretary praised the ambassador’s practical contributions to the consolidation and development of the Vietnam-China friendship and cooperation.

The Party leader congratulated Ambassador Kong on successful completion of his office tenure in Vietnam. Kong affirmed that he will continue his efforts to further the traditional friendship and comprehensive partnership between Vietnam and China.
