Speaking in the working session on Wednesday, the Party leader praised the strategic importance of Nam Dinh province in the Red River Delta and its historical cultural traditions as well as contribution to national revolution. He asked Nam Dinh province to care more about social equality, Party rectification and people's living standards. During his visit to Truong Chinh Political School, he called for better quality in teaching and learning to train officials in Nam Dinh and other provinces. The same day, the Party leader paid incense tribute to late Party General Secretary Truong Chinh at his memorial house in Xuan Truong District.
