(VOVworld) – Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong paid a working visit to Quang Ninh province on Wednesday and Thursday to overhaul its administrative reform model and the refining of its political system. He visited political and social organizations and public administration centers in Uong Bi city and a number of facilities and projects in the town of Quang Yen.
