(VOVworld) – Hanoi and the Ministry of Transport on Sunday launched a project to upgrade the Phap Van-Cau Gie expressway in the form of Build-Operate and Transfer.

In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai asked the contractors to ensure progress and quality of the project. He also asked Hanoi authorities and people in the project area to facilitate site clearance. The 330 million USD will be completed in 2017. It will have 6 lanes and allow a maximum speed of 100km per hour.
