(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang on Wednesday received several former aids to President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to mark his 122^nd birthday.

The President said he respected the love those people had for President Ho Chi Minh. He stressed that Ho Chi Minh’s ideology and ethics are simple and prominent, adding that the campaign to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example have had a positive response. He also pointed out various shortcomings in Party building. He stressed that the recent 5^th meeting of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s Central Committee, has once again confirmed the determination of the Party and State to regain trust amongst carders and Party members, to help the country develop as President Ho Chi Minh would have wished: "The Communist Party of Vietnam has issued a resolution on Party building. Party members should be servants of the people. We, regardless of our different positions, try our best to do everything we can to live up to President Ho Chi Minh’s hopes and aspirations".

Mr. Sang also said he hoped that those representatives will also set a good example in studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples.
