(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has called for more efficient state management in ethnicity policy during his recent working session with the National Assembly’s Ethnicity Committee. He asked for a review of relevant policies to identify those responsible for the designing and enforcement of policies to avoid overlapping. He said more provincial decentralization is needed to encourage local people be active in sustainable poverty reduction.
