At a ceremony to mark of the province’s 185^th founding anniversary and 20 years of re-establishment on Sunday evening, Mr. Phuc called on Bac Ninh to join efforts with the nation to implement tasks to turn Bac Ninh into one of the richest localities in Vietnam with a sustainable, creative economy and traditional culture. The Prime Minister said Bac Ninh should become exemplary in thoughts of prosperous development, knowledge-based economy, and creative models with the application of hi-tech such as cloud computing and digital governance.

On this occasion, Bac Ninh province was conferred with first-class independence order.
