A government report delivered at the national conference hailed the resolution as changing Party members, officials and the public’s attitude on social policy. Over the past 3 years, 1.4 million beneficiaries have received monthly allowances, an increase of 94,000 people over 2012.
Some 1.6 million jobs were created annually with another 340,000 workers were sent overseas. 4 million poor people have received health insurance cards annually.
