Russia, Japan develop 20 important projects

(VOVworld) - Japan and Russia are developing 20 joint projects in several areas, including energy and medicine, during the upcoming visit of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to Moscow in late April, Russian news agency TASS reported on Saturday.

Russia and Japan are promoting economic cooperation despite territorial disputes. In a Russia visit last year, Abe proposed an 8-point economic cooperation plan with focus on energy, small and medium-sized enterprises development, and industrial development in the Far East.
