(VOVworld)- The Vietnamese Embassy in Argentina and the Argentina-Vietnam Cultural Institute (ICAV) organized a seminar on Vietnam to mark the Southern Liberation and National Reunification Day April 30 on Sunday in Buenos Aires. Participants watched excerpts of a documentary film, featuring the devastating consequences of the Vietnam War and a video clip about Vietnam’s recent changes.

In Luanda, the Vietnamese Embassy in Angola held a meeting to mark the big anniversary. There was also a community performance in praise of the country and president Ho Chi Minh and a culinary festival.
