(VOVworld) – National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung presented the State Treasury of Vietnam with Vietnam’s Independence Medal, 2^nd class, at a ceremony in Hanoi on Friday to mark the Treasury’s founding anniversary. At the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh hailed the Treasury’s past achievements and asked the Treasury to take the lead in administrative reform, and IT application while stepping up efforts to improve transparency and the effectiveness of national resources’ management. He called on the Treasury to ensure national financial security and improve its staff’s capacity to contribute to national development in the new period.
