(VOVworld) - The leading pro-regime newspaper in Syria Al Watan reported on Thursday that the national army is preparing a major offensive to recapture Allepo, the second biggest city in Syria, and its surrounding provinces.

The editorial said it’s the right time to launch a battle to completely liberate Aleppo and keep the rebels away from the city by creating a security zone around it.
