(VOVworld) - The Dutch government says the first victim has been identified from the Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 disaster. The name and sex of the victim, a Dutch national, weren't released. The government said Saturday the next of kin and mayor of the victim's hometown have been informed.

In another development, Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a Saturday announcement that the US has to take partial responsibilities for the conflict in Ukraine with Washington’s support for the Kiev government.

The ministry said the US kept pressuring Kiev to strongly suppress Russian speaking people in Ukraine.
